I don't think it makes any difference whether you use $sessionOptions.AddRawSettings("ProxyPort", "0") Could it be whitespace after hostname, username, password? If you use WinSCP to generate the script it has a "copy to clipboard" function. My guess, and it is a weak one at that, is your hostname and/or username and/or password is malformed. I used WinSCP to generate the script and it started working.
